Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

High-demand product launches or preorder periods may experience additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be clearly stated prior to checkout.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


Standard domestic delivery: typically 3–7 business days

Expedited options: may be available at checkout

International shipping: available to select countries


Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

International Orders

We do offer Shipping internationally, but the customer pays shipping cost.

 Delivery Issues


Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.


If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

1. Check with neighbors or building management

2. Look around delivery areas (mailbox, porch, etc.)

3. Contact the carrier directly

4. Email us at herlittlebookmarkhelp@gmail.com — we’re happy to assist, but replacements for misdelivered, stolen, or missing packages are not guaranteed


For packages lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist in filing a carrier investigation.

🛑 Incorrect Shipping Information


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has begun processing or shipped, we cannot modify the address.


Preorders & Special Releases


For preorder items, estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page. Your payment reserves your unit and confirms your preorder.


Pre-order items ship when available and will not be refunded due to wait times unless otherwise stated.

 

 Returned Packages


Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect may be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense. Refunds are not issued for refused or unclaimed packages.
