Refund policy
At Her Little Bookmark, we create thoughtful products designed to enhance and celebrate your reading experience. Due to the personal and intimate-adjacent nature of our product, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives defective or damaged.
Approved Returns (Manufacturing Defects Only)
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it.
To qualify for a replacement:
• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Provide your order number & proof of purchase
• Submit clear photos or videos of the defect and packaging
• Return the item in original packaging (if required)
If approved, we will send a replacement free of charge.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
• Opened or used products
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Items damaged through misuse (including water damage)
• Products not reported within the 30-day window
• Items not in original packaging (if return requested)
• Products purchased through unauthorized retailers
All sales are final.
Warranty
Her Little Bookmark includes a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Misuse, abuse, or modifications
• Improper charging or storage
• Liquid exposure beyond stated product guidelines
• Normal wear and tear

We do not guarantee personal or physical outcomes, results, or experiences, and refunds will not be issued on that basis.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
For lost-in-transit packages, we will assist in filing a claim, but replacement is not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet begun processing or shipping. Once fulfilled, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
